PUBLIC HEARING MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGRICULTURAL SECURITY AREA OF WEST BRANDYWINE TOWNSHIP NOTICE is hereby given that the West Brandywine Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing during its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 7:30 PM at the West Brandywine Township Municipal Building, 198 Lafayette Road, West Brandywine, Pennsylvania to receive relevant testimony on an application of David Stoltzfus for an addition to the Agricultural Security Area within West Brandywine Township, pursuant to the Agricultural Area Security Law, Act 43 of 1981. The applicant’s property is located at 224 Brandamore Road, Coatesville, PA 19320 consisting of a total of 11.1 acres and identified as Tax Parcel No. 29-3-60. The West Brandywine Township Planning Commission and the Chester County Planning Commission have recommended approval of the proposal. After reviewing and considering the proposal, the recommendation by the Planning Commission, the factors set forth in Section 7 of the Act (3 P.S. §907), and any written or oral comment offered at the public hearing, the West Brandywine Township Board of Supervisors may proceed, at the conclusion of the public hearing, to adopt the subject proposal or modification of the proposal the board deems appropriate. The proposal is currently on file and available for public inspection at the Municipal Office, 198 Lafayette Road, West Brandywine, PA 19320, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.
